The Store Manager must have at least 3 to 5 years of retail management experience, is highly motivated, career-oriented, and proven successful Retail Manager. Store Managers are expected to contribute to leadership and staff development, customer service excellence, operational proficiencies and retail best practices, time management and efficiencies in a multi-tasked environment, also have experience in inventory management and control as well as loss prevention.
