The Assistant Store Manager will have exceptional customer service, positive supervision of staff and productivity, store cleanliness and merchandising, control of inventory and proper purchasing, and efficient operations on all levels.  Must be able to convey Company philosophy, mission, vision and goals to all staff members, have integrity, and exhibit above average leadership skills.

Position Open at Port Charlotte Location.

The Store Manager must have at least 3 to 5 years of retail management experience, is highly motivated, career-oriented, and proven successful Retail Manager. Store Managers are expected to contribute to leadership and staff development, customer service excellence, operational proficiencies and retail best practices, time management and efficiencies in a multi-tasked environment, also have experience in inventory management and control as well as loss prevention.
