Richard's is replacing the Rewards Program with low prices and promotions on our most popular items, everyday!
Our mission at Richard’s Foodporium® has always been to deliver quality natural and specialty products at affordable prices. We are constantly working with suppliers, improving promotions, and thinking of ways to pass on greater savings to our customers. By nature, promotional programs have a beginning and end. We’ve listened to our loyal customers, and consumers today seek easy, convenient and EVERYDAY savings, without the hassle of cards, waiting for points, or programs that are confusing and frustrating.
So, after 5 Years, in order to get the best pricing to our customers in the most direct, efficient manner EVERYDAY, we are ending the Rewards promotion in favor of our new Everyday Low Price and improved direct-to-you promotions program.
We’re converting a cumbersome and costly program into direct savings for our customers through LOWER EVERYDAY PRICES around the store, and improving the best of our direct-to-you promotions like our monthly Richard's Picks sale flyer specials, targeted coupons for new items and most popular branded items, our Big Deals sections, email-only specials and MORE!
Our Promise To You:
• You may continue to shop and we will honor all points accumulated through April 30.
• If you have less than 200 points at the end of the program, we will distribute a pro-rated reward to you.
• Any unused Rewards may be redeemed at any time, and in any store, through December 31, 2012.
• If you believe you have not received the Rewards you are due for any reason, please email CustomerService@RichardsFoodporium.com or call our Customer Service Hotline at 355-6838, ext. 205. Include a detailed message with your contact information and Rewards number (if you have it), and a Richard’s™ Customer Service person will contact you.
